redesign town hall restaurant

The Clock Tower restaurant at Rochdale
Town Hall will be redesigned by
Middleton-based interior construction
specialists, Dragonfly.

The existing café space has been remodelled
as part of the wider town hall restoration
project to include a second entrance, plus
