After more than a decade building specialist legal services with a strong focus on client experience, the team saw an opportunity to bring the same modern thinking to residential conveyancing.
“We wanted to create the opposite of the typical conveyancing experience” says David Yazdi.” A service that embraces technology and efficiency, but still feels proactive, personal, and supportive.”

“We’re not a start-up learning on the job,” says David. “We’re an established regulated law firm expanding into residential conveyancing with experienced lawyers, modern thinking, and a demonstrable client-first philosophy.”
