Winter 2022Wardle Scarecrow Festival
Creative residents of Wardle put on an amazing show for this year’s Scarecrow Festival, organised by Craft Cottage.
Over 40 scarecrows were entered into the festival by local businesses, families and community groups.
There were also nine letters hidden around the village to find and solve a mystery word.
Maps were available at a cost of £1, with £450 raised for local charity Jolly Josh.
