Spring 2023Access all areas at Hopwood Hall
Hopwood Hall College and University Centre is hosting an ‘Access All Areas’ Open Event – and there’s something for absolutely everyone!
The college, which has campuses in Middleton and Rochdale, is welcoming visitors from all walks of life and all age groups during the event held from 4.30pm-7pm on Thursday 30 March.
There will be heaps of course pathways to explore, which for school leavers includes BTECs, apprenticeships and the popular new T-Levels.
Meanwhile, adult learners can look forward to hearing about part-time study options taking place in-person, online and on a flexible basis.
It’s a brilliant opportunity to find out more about retraining through further study and apprenticeships.
Finally, attendees will even be able to explore Hopwood’s thriving University Centre. It’s here where people can gain life-changing qualifications in Access and Higher Education.
During the open event visitors will be able to have all their questions answered by the college’s team of expert tutors.
In addition, they’ll also be able to explore the two campuses and all the facilities that make them such a fantastic place to study.
This includes the state-of-the-art technology centre, which has recently undergone a multi-million-pound extension and is renowned for courses in fields such as engineering and construction.
Those who are interested in a career in animal management can expect to be dazzled by rare creatures such as flamingos, wallabies, meerkats and more.
There’s also a cutting edge eventing simulator for people interested in studying equine care.
It’s these facilities – as well as others like the Hopwood Theatre, the Riverside Salon and the hi-tech media editing suites – which make this a simply unmissable event.
Be sure to register to attend (it only takes a few seconds!) at: hopwood.ac.uk/events.
