Spring 2020Reside Estate Agency celebrates five years in business
One of the area’s fastest growing estate agencies at the heart of Rochdale
Reside celebrated their fifth successful year in Rochdale with a few bottles of Prosecco and Peroni to mark the occasion.
Opening their doors on 10 January 2015, Jason and the team have gone from strength to strength, rapidly becoming Rochdale’s ‘go-to’ estate agency.
Jason has been successfully selling houses in Rochdale since 1986 and his desire was to open an estate agency with a very personal touch. Whilst having many years’ experience in house selling, the small team of seven means that you still deal with the member of staff looking after your property.
“As a Rochdale resident, I want to see the town centre bustling again like 30 years ago,” says Jason.
“With the Metrolink and other new developments, there is already a lot of footfall on Smith Street, and it will soon – if not already – become a central hub for Rochdale. This, combined with our industry expertise and local knowledge, makes us ideally placed at the centre of it all.”
“We intend to stay in Rochdale, building on what we know and developing our skills and also providing our services to anyone who needs it outside the area.
“Here at Reside we are all about community; we love helping people move into the house of their dreams and supporting the local community. We are Rochdale Ambassadors and Business Buddies at Springhill Hospice and we are always proud to be involved with Bamford Chapel Summer Fairs,” continues Jason.
“Rochdale has a great sporting tradition so we love to support that by sponsoring, Rochdale AFC, Rochdale Hornets, Rochdale Rugby Union and Norden Cricket Club. There is no town without its community and we love being a part of that and the town’s future.”
