Autumn 2023New independent vet practice opens in Milnrow
Milnrow Village Vets is a new independent veterinary practice in the heart of Milnrow.
The Newhey Road practice opened in July at the former GP surgery, Village Practice, and is owned by veterinary surgeons Clare Farnsworth and Gemma Broome - Real Rochdale’s newest columnists.
Clare and Gemma, who have nearly 30 years’ experience between them, will be bringing you sound veterinary advice throughout our issues.
They said: “We knew Milnrow was the perfect location as there was a gap in the area for a vets, meaning owners were having to travel with their pets to seek treatment.
“We are passionate about providing a personal, reasonably priced veterinary service to the pets of Milnrow and surrounding areas. We aim to be a community base service, where the vet knows you and your pet, and the experience is positive for the whole family.
“We like the community feel and like getting to know our patients and their owners.”
