Autumn 2021Rochdale Training celebrates its 30,000th learner
Independent training provider Rochdale Training will welcome its 30,000th learner in September, as it celebrates over half a century of helping Rochdale residents into apprenticeships, work-based training programmes and employment.
Rochdale Training works with hundreds of local businesses, helping them to fill apprenticeships and meet their on-the-job training needs. Its training has a 81% success rate, 13% above the national average.
Mark Whittaker, Skills Advisor at Rochdale Training, said: “We will be announcing the 30,000th learner in September, and to celebrate the milestone, we’re keen to hear from past learners to share good news.
“We’d love to hear from anyone with personal experience of working with Rochdale Training. Are you now managing others, recruiting apprentices or maybe own your own business? If so, we’d love to hear your stories.”
Rochdale Training was founded in 1966 and today is a training provider of charitable status, headquartered on Fishwick Street. It offers a huge range of apprenticeships and courses in subjects as diverse as business administration, customer service, engineering and childcare.
